The Last Supper... before Barcelona

Since I am leaving tomorrow morning, I needed to make sure that I do my best to clear out the fridge as possible. My solution was to make myself a mega-salad. It was also done in college-student-style, where I threw in a lot of things in my sight and hoped for the best. Overall, I think it was a decent salad.

(sorry for the bad photography.. but I was too hungry to take a good one before diving in...)

This salad consisted of:
- spinach
- fried eggs (I would have poached them if I had learned how to poach them...)
- sauteed zucchini
- sauteed carrots
- parmegiano reggiano
- orange
- toasted hazelnuts
- cracked pepper, balsamic vinegar

I was a bit surprised when I ended up basically finishing the entire salad, but my end goals were met--I was full and the fridge was not.
